OUR COMMUNITY

 

The Bulgarian and Education and Friendly Society (BEFS) is the hub of the Bulgarian Community in Adelaide. We currently have 93 members plus.

At the Hall there are many opportunities to celebrate our cultural heritage and to get together and strengthen friendships as well welcome newcomers.

On days of special significance such as Liberation Day and May 24th celebrating our cultural heritage are times of sharing and enjoying fellowship over delicious meal.
 

We meet monthly on a Friday night for a themed dinner and on the other Fridays members can enjoy a drink with friends at the bar, 6.30 pm onwards.
 

Everyone is welcome.

Membership

If you would like to be considered for a membership please familiarise yourself with the Constitution and then print out and complete the Application Form and post to the address on the right.

Room Hire

Room Hire for the hall is currently only available to full financial members and their immediate families.

Location

The Bulgarian Educational & Friendly Society Inc. is located in Fulham Gardens – about 10 kilometres west of Adelaide City, close to the intersection of Tapleys Hill Road with Valetta Road at 443 Tapleys Hill Road Fulham Gardens 5024.
 

The easiest entry to the carpark is travelling south on Tapleys Hill Road. If travelling north, an alternative entry from Valetta Road is possible through the shopping centre carpark. Check out our location map on the Contacts Page
